and a spill about me…

My name is Erin and I am a dietitian and fitness enthusiast.  I love all foods and am addicted to sweating.  I feel that life is too short to forgo on that mid-rare filet or not to indulge in that decadent dessert on the occasion.  The key is a healthy balance between eating and exercise.  Fitness shouldn’t feel like a chore; it should be about having fun and feeling good about yourself.

I wanted to start a blog to share my ideas, thoughts and advice; as well as to motivate myself and others to always learn more, research more, and never go a day without discovering  something new. Thanks for visiting and happy readings!
